The pillow is contouring, not too bulky and has that wonderful Mellow cooling fabric. There were some hiccups with shipping but customer service was there every single step of the way with excellent 5 star service.
At first I was concerned that it might be too small or it might take too long to get here. My wife is actually the perfect size for it and she loved it. The pillow even showed up faster than we thought. It's super soft just how she likes it and I personally think the cooling technology is amazing. It fits on the bed without taking up too much space.

It’s super comfy! I was hoping it would be as cool as the blanket, and pillow cases but it is not. I’d say it’s 50% less cooling. That said, it still does have a slight cool to it and it’s very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Is this only for side sleepers?
It's designed for side sleepers, but back sleepers use it too for extra hip and leg support. If you sleep on your stomach, this isn't the right pillow for you.
Will it go flat after a few weeks?

Is the cover removable?
