The pillow is contouring, not too bulky and has that wonderful Mellow cooling fabric. There were some hiccups with shipping but customer service was there every single step of the way with excellent 5 star service.
At first I was concerned that it might be too small or it might take too long to get here. My wife is actually the perfect size for it and she loved it. The pillow even showed up faster than we thought. It's super soft just how she likes it and I personally think the cooling technology is amazing. It fits on the bed without taking up too much space.

The only suggestion would be to make a pillow case out of flannel or cotton as an option. This would help to keep the pillow from sliding out of place once positioned. I like to use against my back sometimes.
