The pillow is contouring, not too bulky and has that wonderful Mellow cooling fabric. There were some hiccups with shipping but customer service was there every single step of the way with excellent 5 star service.
At first I was concerned that it might be too small or it might take too long to get here. My wife is actually the perfect size for it and she loved it. The pillow even showed up faster than we thought. It's super soft just how she likes it and I personally think the cooling technology is amazing. It fits on the bed without taking up too much space.

It's perfect! The BodyAlign Cooling Pillow is just the right size to accompany my Mellow Cooling Pillow; it moves easily with me, as well as with my bedding & my pajamas when I flip to my other side. And yes, it does indeed stay perfectly cool/comfortable. I am so happy to be rid of the 3 extra pillows I used to use: I'd painstakingly attempt to position those to achieve the same comfort level that my BodyAlign Cooling Pillow providesâĻespecially the cooling effect I could never attain with regular pillows!

Its soft and appears to be well made, bit it is definitely not cushy or supportive in any way. Itâs flat and itâs deflated in a way that I wouldnât expect until itâd been through a year or two of use. Iâm a side sleeper and had great hopes for this, but the ad says it stays fluffy and supportive. How can that be when itâs neither fluffy nor supportive to begin with?

I purchased a grey pillow and was sent a white one instead. Then I was told Iâd have to return the entire pillow to get the right color. I asked them to just send me a grey pillowcase and Iâd be happy, I was told they couldnât! Now my white pillow is dirty and sort of looks grey so thatâs the same thing right!? Wrong!! If I wanted white I would have ordered white. For as much as I paid for this pillow you would think a pillowcase would have been a no brainer! But yeah thanks itâs comfortable.
Donât waste your money on this pillow. Itâs not memory foam, and itâs extremely thin with very little support. You might as well buy a basic pillow from Walmart for a fraction of the price. To make matters worse, their return shipping costs are so prohibitively expensive that returning it hardly feels worthwhile. Between the disappointing product and the costly return process, Iâm seriously reconsidering buying anything from this company again..

So the main purpose for this purchase was to get more comfortable as a side sleeper who has terrible bursitis in my left hip, I canât say it gave me complete comfort but it helps and thatâs a win for me.
