At Mellow, we stand behind our products and want you to love your sleep. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To qualify:

• Items must be in like-new condition: clean, undamaged, and free from stains or signs of wear.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• A $15 return and processing fee applies per order.
• All returns must be requested through our return portal (click here to start your return).
• Once approved, you’ll receive a return label, please use it within 7 days.

Tip: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds & Store Credit

• Unopened items: Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
• Opened or lightly used items: Eligible for a refund or store credit, provided they are still in like-new condition.
• Refund timing: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after your return is received and inspected.
• If your original payment method is no longer active, we’ll issue your refund as store credit.
• Return shipping fees are deducted from your final refund or store credit.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or item, simply return your original product and place a new order.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process the exchange.

• If the exchange item’s price differs, we’ll charge or refund the difference.
• Please note: Exchanged items are final sale.


Pre-Orders

• You can cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
• After 7 days, pre-orders are eligible for store credit only if in like-new condition.
• Pre-orders can be canceled before shipment by using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting Support@mellowsleep.com.


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged or marked delivered but not received, you must contact us within 7 days at  Support@mellowsleep.com to properly investigate your delivery. If you do not contact us within 7 days, we will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Include the following:

• Clear photos of the damage
• A photo of the SKU label on the packaging

If you purchased Route Shipping Protection, you may qualify for a replacement.

Approved claims will be replaced with the same product, size, and color.
Claims submitted after 7 days or without proper documentation may not be eligible.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

• Final sale items
• Mouth Tape & Eye Mask (due to hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns, but we're happy to offer store credit if you're unsatisfied)
• Gift cards
• Products damaged due to misuse or wear
• Items returned without original packaging

 

Sweepstakes Purchases

(Does not apply to purchases on MellowSleep.com)
Orders placed through affiliate partner sweepstakes are final and non-refundable due to automatic entry eligibility.
