Mellow Sleep Return Policy


At Mellow, we stand behind our products and want you to love your sleep. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

30-Day Return Window


You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible:

    •    Items must be in like-new condition, clean, undamaged, and free from stains or signs of wear.

    •    Items must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

    •    A $15 return and processing fee applies per order (waived for Klarna purchases).

    •    For returns from Hawaii or Alaska, a $19.99 fee applies.

    •    Returns must be requested by emailing us at dreams@mellowsleep.com.

    •    Once approved, you’ll receive a return label. This label must be used within 7 days.


Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.



Refunds & Store Credit

    •    Unopened items: Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

    •    Opened or used items (in like-new condition): Eligible for store credit.

    •    Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

    •    If your original payment method is inactive, refunds will be issued as store credit.

    •    Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund or store credit



Exchanges

Want a different size or item? Return your original and place a new order. Once we receive your return, we’ll process the exchange.

    •    If the exchange item is a different price, you’ll be charged or refunded the difference.

    •    Exchanged items are final sale.



Pre-Orders

    •    Cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

    •    After 7 days, pre-orders are eligible for store credit only, if in like-new condition.

    •    Pre-orders can be canceled before shipment by clicking the link in your confirmation email or contacting dreams@mellowsleep.com.



Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

    •    If your item is damaged or marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days at dreams@mellowsleep.com.

    •    Be sure to include clear photos of:

    ◦    The damage

    ◦    The SKU label on the packaging

    •    If you purchased Route Shipping Protection, you may qualify for a replacement.



Approved claims will be replaced with the same product, size, and color. Claims submitted late or without proper documentation may not be eligible.



Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

    •    Final sale items

    •    Gift cards

    •    Products damaged due to misuse or wear

    •    Items returned without original packaging
