I ordered one pillow the first time to see if my husband would like it k owing he is very picky when it comes to pillows. Well I tried it first and had a hard time parting with it. I ordered 4 more wanting to give them to my other children, ended up giving the first one to my daughter who came for a week visit. I gave one to my son , his wife messaged me and asked where I got that pillow. I asked her if my son liked it she said they both did. I sent her the site. It is more comfortable on my head and neck than my previous pillow purchase. I kept the first one bc I have a relative who likes a very firm pillow. But my softer more recent purchase is ok. Just wish there was a bit mote height to take some of the pressure off my shoulders bc I am a side sleeper.
Main complaint is that they’re made out of plastic, all plastic. They also are weak at supporting your head. Your head sinks into the pillow causing the sides to fold up and cover your ears. At least for my King sized pillows.

Way firmer than I thought love the color but overall nice pillow
It is the flattest, least supportive pillow i have ever encountered in my 40 years of life. I fell for an ad where it was promising optimal neck and head support. There’s no cradling despite the claims on their website and in their ads. It just deflates as soon as you put your head on it. Super disappointing. I’m going back to my old pillow and will be avoiding this company, that invests into marketing way more than into making sure its products deliver the promises, like a plague.
