"I bought this on a whim and I genuinely cannot sleep without it now. It's so soft it almost doesn't feel real. Stays cool all night and it's still just as fluffy as the day I got it. My sister saw it and ordered two."

What Makes It So Soft?
The puff-grid design traps air for maximum fluffiness, the ice-silk surface stays cool every time you touch it, and the dual-layer fill keeps it impossibly soft night after night. It's not just a pillow. It's the pillow.
Puff-Grid Airflow Design
Each quilted square in the puff-grid isn't just for looks -- it creates individual air pockets that keep the pillow breathable and evenly cushioned. No hot spots. No flat zones. Just consistent, cloud-like softness across the entire surface.
Dual-Layer Cloud Fill
The top layer is pure plush -- soft, airy, and designed to let you sink in. The base layer is denser and more resilient, so the pillow bounces back every morning and never goes flat. Two layers working together to keep it fluffy night after night.
Cooling Ice-Silk Surface
The outer fabric is made from ice-silk -- smooth, cool to the touch, and breathable all night long. It feels fresh the moment your skin hits it and stays that way, so you're never flipping your pillow to find the cool side.

I placed an order for a green and a blue puff pillow (adding on the two cooling pillowcases for a VERY reasonable price). The cooling pillow cases and blue pillow shipped almost immediately and I received within the week. The problem was the green pillow did not ship with my other items and there was no communication regarding my order. I waited a few days to see if my other item would ship - but no update and the order was still marked as processing. I searched the website for an email address, however, the only thing I could find was a form to fill out - so I did. I waited two more days and still nothing - so I filled out the form again. And again - no contact and no update. I used AI to find a customer service email address - and BAM - received an answer within the hour. At that time I was told that the green pillow was on backorder and if I would like, I could select an available color and they would be able to ship out sooner. So I did - I went with the Gray. Other than that hiccup - We LOVE these pillows! They are so fluffy and soft but yet supportive. Since receiving our pillows, my back pain has subsided and I am sleeping through the night. Although my experience with this order did not start off well, the customer service team came through and the product did not disappoint. Will be recommending to my friends! One thing I wish was included would be care instructions and best practices for when you receive the products. One of our pillows is super fluffy, while the other never really filled out the same way.
I had bought the pillow for me but I think it’s a little too squishy so I put it on Michael’s bed. But I will have to wait to get my other pillow cases… I may steal it back once I get the other pillowcases too bad I couldn’t get the discount on the order I had placed 2 days ago.
I ordered my grandson the pillow and the cooling pillow case for college. While my grandson was away from college for a few days, his roommates stole his pillow. Upon my grandson's return, I received a text from my grandson asking where I got his pillow because his roommates loved it
I explained to him that I ordered it online, so being grandma, I ordered his two roommates a pillow each and my grandson another two pillows along with the pillowcases. I now have ordered a total of nine pillows from your company
I have looked everywhere and tried many a pillow before my niece told me about this pillow. She said it was the best night sleep she has gotten so I thought why not. I was very pleased with the every aspect of the design and comfort it provided.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Where has this pillow been all my life?!
I’ve always struggled with falling asleep and staying asleep, let alone staying in one position for most of the night! But ever since sleeping on my Mellow Puff Pillow, I’ve noticed a difference. Not only am I waking up feeling refreshed, but those annoying little neck twinges are gone, too!
I honestly didn’t realize how much of a difference the right pillow could make. I’m sleeping better, waking up feeling better, and wondering why I didn’t try this sooner. If you struggle with sleep or wake up with neck discomfort, this pillow is definitely worth trying!
Where has this been all my life?! ❤️
This pillow is amazing!!! It stays fluffy and the pink side is so smooth, soft and cool. The white side has a suede feel, it is not cooling but more like a regular pillow.
I ordered the king size pillow in lavender and it is so much bigger and fluffier than I could have ever imagined. It’s crazy how long it’s taken me to find a pillow that’s actually comfortable. Not only does it look cute, but it actually feels like a cloud. It’s extremely soft and cooling too. It’s taking everything in my dog to not sleep on it lol.
these pillows are so extremely soft & comfortable and are the first pillows to ACTUALLY stay cool!! i love my purchase soooo much and will definitely be ordering more 😋
💕 The BEST Pillow I’ve Ever Owned!! 💕
I’m absolutely IN LOVE with this pillow!! 💕 It’s unbelievably soft, like resting your head on a fluffy marshmallow, yet somehow provides just the right amount of support! And the cooling fabric is AMAZING! No more constantly flipping my pillow over in search of that cool spot!
I’ve owned and tried so many different pillows over the years, but this one is BY FAR the very best! I’m sleeping so much better, and I actually look forward to climbing into bed every night and snuggling up with my wonderful marshmallow pillow! 🥰
It’s the perfect combination of softness, comfort, support, and coolness. I honestly couldn’t be happier with it, and I’m DEFINITELY purchasing another one!
If you love a soft, cloudlike pillow that still gives you support, you NEED to try this one! 💕
THIS IS THE BEST PILLOW IN THE WORLD. Get the matching pillowcases. This is the pillow I have searched for my entire life. Its squishy and soft as if you've had it 10 years, but its fluffy enough and dense enough to keep shape. Its perfect for side sleepers, back sleepers, even stomach sleepers. You will absolutely not regret getting this pillow.
Most comfortable pillow I’ve had. Normally I’m not a soft pillow guy, but with this pillow I am. I just have a smaller flat one beneath it. It actually hugs your head.
Got this as a surprise gift for my better half and she is in love with the fluffy squishy support this thing provides. Don’t tell her, but the comforter is on her Crimmus list!
It’s 9 PM and I’m in my bed with my new bedspread and my fluffy pillows and cooling pillowcases about to go to sleep and ever since I put them on the bed I’ve been sleeping better,, if you’re like me and have trouble being comfortable at night and sleeping, try these mellow pillows and they’re cooling pillowcases. They’re great.
incredible pillows seriously cured my insomnia I’ve been on a pillow journey for 2 years purple, Saatva, Tempur-pedic you name it I’ve tried it and nothing makes me sleep as sound as Mellow Cloud Pillows!! I recommend 2 for full support and definitely purchase the pillow case to keep cool and fresh throughout the night also pillow cases are gentle on skin and hair for those side sleepers and anyone who tosses and turns at night. 10/10 purchase<3
After getting these pillows for me and noticing how much my dog loved them, I bought one for him. It’s now his new bed. I have to carry it from room to room. He is obsessed. Perhaps you have a new market to sell these pillows to!
Love everything about Mellow and the Lavender color for my bedroom.I have 2 extra-large pillows with 2 pillowcases . I also have both long body pillows using one under my head at times . I’m also loving my cooling comforter!! They are all so soft and cool my body quite comfortably. Love Mellow!! I will order more !!
I absolutely love my Puff Pillow! Ordered the Lavender King/Cali King is exactly as described. It’s so soft and comfortable—it really feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud! ☁️ I’m so happy with it and honestly love everything about this pillow.
