I placed an order for a green and a blue puff pillow (adding on the two cooling pillowcases for a VERY reasonable price). The cooling pillow cases and blue pillow shipped almost immediately and I received within the week. The problem was the green pillow did not ship with my other items and there was no communication regarding my order. I waited a few days to see if my other item would ship - but no update and the order was still marked as processing. I searched the website for an email address, however, the only thing I could find was a form to fill out - so I did. I waited two more days and still nothing - so I filled out the form again. And again - no contact and no update. I used AI to find a customer service email address - and BAM - received an answer within the hour. At that time I was told that the green pillow was on backorder and if I would like, I could select an available color and they would be able to ship out sooner. So I did - I went with the Gray. Other than that hiccup - We LOVE these pillows! They are so fluffy and soft but yet supportive. Since receiving our pillows, my back pain has subsided and I am sleeping through the night. Although my experience with this order did not start off well, the customer service team came through and the product did not disappoint. Will be recommending to my friends! One thing I wish was included would be care instructions and best practices for when you receive the products. One of our pillows is super fluffy, while the other never really filled out the same way.
I had bought the pillow for me but I think it’s a little too squishy so I put it on Michael’s bed. But I will have to wait to get my other pillow cases… I may steal it back once I get the other pillowcases too bad I couldn’t get the discount on the order I had placed 2 days ago.

This pillow is amazing!!! It stays fluffy and the pink side is so smooth, soft and cool. The white side has a suede feel, it is not cooling but more like a regular pillow.
I ordered the king size pillow in lavender and it is so much bigger and fluffier than I could have ever imagined. It’s crazy how long it’s taken me to find a pillow that’s actually comfortable. Not only does it look cute, but it actually feels like a cloud. It’s extremely soft and cooling too. It’s taking everything in my dog to not sleep on it lol.
