Get Comfortable. Get on your side with your head between the raised wings in the central cradle. Your shoulder drops into the lower zone.
First few nights. Most people need 3 to 5 nights for their body to adjust. Don’t judge it on night one.

The foam is not machine washable. It doesn't hold smells or bacteria, so it doesn't need to be. Spot clean if needed.
