Not only did I purchase the cloud layer cover, but I also purchased the cloud soft sheet to cover it. I then purchased the "hotel" pillows/cover and a cloud pillow, cooling comforter, and the cloud comforter! I sleep like a baby in a cloud. I was skeptical, and now have no regrets! I love it so much that I purchased more as Christmas gifts as who didn't want to sleep in a cloud!

Well this is funny, I ordered the mattress cover and later ordered the mattress topper. I had not opened any of it until last week as I decorated my bedroom for Fall. To make a long story short,,,,,somehow I had two mattress toppers no mattress cover! lol I cannot say whether the mistake was the company or myself so I just put on both. My bed feels like a brand new one so love it ok uploaded photo of my bed now the mattress with toppers on is thicker and so smooth,stays put and so does my sheets, never ask for my review unless you want the truth I will tell you the goodness or skip review to not hurt anyone UNLESS it was a disaster but I am loving this product. In January I will open the box that houses the comforter and leave a review but I don’t really have to as my friend has one and that’s how I ended up here it was lovely on her bed.

The warmth comfort have really made a difference in my sleep patterns. And the coolness of the pillow at just the right height are exactly what I needed.
The way the topper looks, I thought it would feel and be the same material as the cloud pillow. I’m very disappointed it’s flat and not as advertised.

It's fine, not much different feeling than the mattress I already have. But, to be fair, I did ask for a soft mattress? But it was definitely flatter and less plushy than I expected. I have it on, and it grips on tight, which I appreciate (no sliding around), but I probably could have gone without just as easily. The material is super soft! But with a bedsheet on, that effect is sort of lost on it.
I bought a new bed and mattress. I even tried the mattress at the store and it felt so comfy. It definitely wasn’t. So uncomfortable and hard. I had hesitation bc it looks thin, but the Cloud Layer product has literally saved my sleepy night. It’s completely changed how the bed feels. Amazing product. So happy I purchased. I’ll be buying one for my spare bedroom.

Made a hard mattress super cozy
This was very disappointing for the price. I expected this to be the same texture and softness as the mellow blanket…it definitley was not…not even a little. Ive bought cheaper things with better quality than this mellow pad. Id rather have bought the blanket and laid it down and bought the blanket for the top too. Its a shame because I own a massage practice abd wanted to supply the beds with these.
I love my mattress pad. I ordered a full size and it seems to be a little smaller than the mattress. 🤔. The duvet insert is wonderful. After 20 + years of my old one, I finally decided to part with it and get a new one. I’m very glad I did.
Placed order in August , I didn't get it till over a month later, nor what I expected not fluffy or puffy at all it's flat and doesn't make my mattress feel any different , I emailed mellow many times and I was told ir was on back order , but the product was still listed as avaible on their website, I've loved all my mellow items but this one was very disappointing , and making a return is more of a hastle getting the product into a box

Very disappointed in this product. It never fluffed up, has several kinks in it where its uncomfortable to lay on. Very upset I paid so much for something I can not even use.

Took forever to come in. Was being told it was backorder while if you would go through to place a new order, he would say it would be there in five days seriously took over a month to get it.. It’s not as thick as I thought it was gonna be. It is a fitted sheet type, and was a little bent out of shape hopefully, it’ll flatten itself out and correct itself. Never had a complaint with mellow before have a lot of their products, but kind of let down by this one.
