I'd been having a terrible sleep since getting a new mattress and trying to adjust to a new pillow as well. The one I had wasn't soft enough for the bed I was sleeping on so I have it to my husband. He has a wide frame so it worked for him. I struggled with a pillow for months and a sore neck until the obvious ads on Instagram got me. I was looking for a round pillow and I only found kids ones until I saw this mellow one. Even though it cost me 100$ cad to get it to USA, I got it anyways. I've never slept better until after 3 days on this one. My neck does not hurt and I don't wake up with headaches anymore. Idk where this pillow has been all my life but I definitely recommend it to anyone who has broad shoulders and a thick neck.

This is one of the better pillows ive tried. It has good support for back and side sleeping. It is too firm on both sides though so i can only use if for a few days in a row before it starts to cause a neck ache.
Im sorry but I will not longer purchase anything from this company. I have purchased at least one and mostly 2 of every pillow you sell. Some I love and some not to crazy about. But all in all I was happy with you until I tried to return a pillow that I didn't like only to find your satisfaction guarantee means I have to pay to ship back and did not get a full refund so I paid you for half the pillow. Then when one of my other pillows ha a seam that was not sewn correctly , you replied that you couldn't help me. Not a company that I'm comfortable doing business with. You lost a very good costumer.
