The fabric is incredibly soft, cozy, and comfortable—it honestly feels like we’re laying on a bed of clouds and marshmallows! The comforter has that perfect soft, luxurious feel that makes you never want to get out of bed, and the pillows make the entire experience even better. We’ve also noticed that the pillows have really helped with the neck and lower back pain we were experiencing, which has made our sleep so much more comfortable and restful. I love my pillow and the cases! At first, I was super irritated because they only shipped the cases. When I reached out, they told me that they didn’t have the color I ordered for the pillow in stock. I never received any communication or status update that it was out of stock. However, when I emailed them, the customer service team worked with me directly & the inventory team to get a different colored shipped out as quickly as possible. I really appreciated that as most places would just tell you that you’d have to wait. I was also expecting to be forgotten about over the holiday weekend but they didn’t. Great team & VERY satisfied with the product & assistance received. I’m finally sleeping through the night! 🙌🏼
Absolutely love the sleeping mask! Perfect weight. The back sticks together without Velcro or stickiness. It’s seriously like magic. One side is silky, soft and core and the other side is soft and warm.
