These sheets are great! The only negatives were just two things. 1) they took months to get to me and 2) when they did one of the corners of the fitted sheet had two small holes in it, would have sent them back buck thought I would sleep I. Them first just to see if I even wanted them back and YES I wanted to keep them and didn’t even send them back. BUT, I’m just saying if people are expected to pay over $100 for a set of sheets they should not arrive with holes of any kind in them, especially after waiting months to get them. But I DO love them.
I love Mellow products. I have one of everything. The cloud cooling sheets are great for summer. They feel so good and are very comfortable. The silky feel is wonderful on my skin. They keep me cool through the night and it helps me sleep better when it’s hot out. The cooling pillow cases feel so good on my face. They are even nice to use when it’s not hot. I’m using them now and it is fall,. They keep me warm and cozy even when it’s cold outside. There are a lot of pretty colors to choose from. I highly recommend them.
We have purchased almost all of the mellow bedding and pillows and pajamas, and we are absolutely in love with these products. Everything stays cool as advertised and is so comfy and cozy. It will be fun to watch how they expand their product line and add more colors to choose from.
Order over a month ago. Have been talking to customer support. They have assured me it will come and is on back order? I love the comforter and pillow that ACTUALLY came in my order. The other products are awesome, which is the only reason why I haven’t disputed the whole order with my credit card. An absolute nightmare of an ordering and shipping process. But I do love the product, which is why I’m giving 1 star instead of 0 stars.. good luck.
Cloud cool sheets do help you feel cooler, as long as you can keep the sheets from sliding off the bed. The synthetic material used to make them is also something you may not get used to if you, like most of the world, are used to linen or cotton sheets.
I bought these sheets after a recommendation from a friend, but I would never recommend these sheets as they are 1. too slippery, 2. strangely heavy, 3. wildly overpriced, 4. They used a cheap delivery carrier who sent wrong updates and were over a week late in delivering my order.
I was hoping they were made out of the same cooling fabric as the puff pillow cases, but it's not 😩 they feel nice, and they stay on the mattress, but I don't get a very cooling feeling from them.
It has been over a month and I still have not received my order. I have emailed back-and-forth with this company. They have tried to get me to change the color to try to expedite my order, which I refuse to do because why would I change the color when I specifically ordered an entire bed sheet collection including pillows and blankets in a specific color. They literally cannot give me an expected date for shipping. They just continue to tell me that it’s on the top of their list to expedite this order. Which I am sure this is probably what they’re telling everybody else who ordered the lavender sheet set in the size full. They literally could have put on their website that the lavender cooling sheet set was not currently in stock, but was anticipated to ship on whatever date they anticipated for this to be shipped on. Instead, they literally took my money, have held it hostage for a month, because that’s what I’m calling it, holding it hostage and shipped nothing.
Most amazing bedding I have ever purchased! We got the cloud comforter, cooling comforter, cloud pillows and cooling sheets. It actually stays cool through the night! And the fluffy blanket is literally a marshmallow. It's beyond comfortable.
The pink sheet set and pillowcases that I received did not feel like the same material i have received in the past. I looked at the tag and the material said “90% polyester, 10% spandex”.
My previous pillowcases were “90% nylon, 10% spandex”.
I was really disappointed that the material was changed to polyester and not what I expected at all. I am returning my order.
