Refund policy

At Mellow, we stand behind our products and want you to love your sleep. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To qualify:

β€’ Items must be inΒ like-new condition: clean, undamaged, and free from stains or signs of wear.
β€’ Products must be returned in theirΒ original packaging.
β€’ A $15 return and processing fee applies per order.
β€’ All returns must be requestedΒ through our return portalΒ (clickΒ hereΒ to start your return).
β€’ Once approved, you’ll receive aΒ return label, please use it withinΒ 7 days.

Tip: Returns sent without prior approval willΒ notΒ be accepted.

Refunds & Store Credit

β€’ Unopened items:Β Eligible for aΒ full refundΒ to your original payment method.
β€’ Opened or lightly used items:Β Eligible for aΒ refund or store credit, provided they are still in like-new condition.
β€’ Refund timing:Β Refunds are issued withinΒ 10 business daysΒ after your return is received and inspected.
β€’ If your original payment method is no longer active, we’ll issue your refund asΒ store credit.
β€’ Return shipping feesΒ are deducted from your final refund or store credit.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or item, simply return your original product and place a new order. Once we receive your return, we’ll process the exchange.

β€’ If the exchange item’s price differs, we’ll charge or refund the difference.
β€’ Please note:Β Exchanged items are final sale.

Pre-Orders

β€’ You canΒ cancel within 7 days of purchaseΒ for a full refund.
β€’ After 7 days, pre-orders areΒ eligible for store credit onlyΒ if in like-new condition.
β€’ Pre-orders can be canceled before shipment by using theΒ link in your confirmation emailΒ or by contactingΒ Support@mellowsleep.com.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item isΒ damagedΒ orΒ marked delivered but not received, contact us withinΒ 7 daysΒ atΒ Support@mellowsleep.com.
Include the following:

β€’ Clear photos of theΒ damage
β€’ A photo of theΒ SKU labelΒ on the packaging

If you purchasedΒ Route Shipping Protection, you may qualify for a replacement.

Approved claims will be replaced with theΒ same product, size, and color.
Claims submitted after 7 days or without proper documentation may not be eligible.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

β€’ Final sale items
β€’ Gift cards
β€’ Products damaged due to misuse or wear
β€’ Items returned without original packaging

Sweepstakes Purchases

(Does not apply to purchases on MellowSleep.com)
Orders placedΒ between October 22 – December 10, 2025 through affiliate partner sweepstakes are final and non-refundable due to automatic entry eligibility.
