Some improvement with keeping my knee and back in a good position.
I absolutely love this body pillow! The shape is perfect for my arms, knees and feet. I did replace the filling with cooling filler, as the synthetic fill made me too hot - I'm a hot sleeper. But it's helped me to sleep better, without smashing my knees, like other body pillows.

Definitely doesn't fluff up enough or have enough filling? Once I opened it and did all the fluff and let it sit things. It never truly filled up. Its SUPER soft and comfy. Especially for the chronic pain people who need all the cozy things to get you thru those flares. 🫶🏼 But it definitely needs a little bit more fluff to keep some under the knees.Order and shipping were pretty quick. 🤷🏼♀️ I also used affirm because chronically ill equals chronically broke 🤣🫠
I love this pillow so much! I’m a side sleeper and have issues with my sciatica, hips, and knees, so having the right support while I sleep makes a huge difference. I also cannot stand when my knees or ankles touch while I’m sleeping without some kind of padding between them. The Mellow BodyAlign Plus+ Cooling Pillow has been incredibly comfortable and hits all the right pressure points for someone who sleeps on their side as often as I do. It’s soft and smooth, making it comfortable to use in pretty much any position. I especially love how the different curves and angles contour with your body, so you can easily adjust it and find the position that gives you the best support and comfort. When I first unwrapped it, I was a little worried that it wasn’t going to be as thick or plush as I wanted. After giving it some time to fully expand, though, it plumped up quite a bit over the first couple of days and ended up being much more substantial than I initially thought. My only complaint is purely cosmetic - the gray color doesn’t quite match my gray Mellow comforter. I was hoping they would coordinate a little better since they’re from the same brand. Other than that, I’m extremely happy with the pillow and how comfortable it has been!

I love it
I love it! I bought 2, one for myself and one for my other half. He loves his too and won't share when I go to his place, so I will be buying more! The pillows are so soft, cooling to touch and stay that way somehow. The only problem i have is my pillow will not stay put all night. I actually flip it around so that the longer "leg section" is used as my pillow. It works better for me that way, but needs an extension on both ends so that my legs stay comfortable too.
The body align pillow is very comfortable and helps me sleep better. Prior to getting the pillow, I was experiencing pain in my hands upon waking up. I think I was clenching them in my sleep. Since getting the pillow, I position my hands on it so I can't clench them into fists and they've been feeling better.

I’d like to point out that I had multiple pillows in my bed because I have multiple sclerosis and being comfortable is been a very important thing for me. I currently have cooling sheets and I am in love with the cooling sheets and my cooling blanket. Now I have the cooling pillow I love the material on this pillow. I love the fact that I no longer need any other type of head pillow, and I love the fact that with my CPAP machine at work so wonderful I even purchased another one for my cousin because she was recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis also and she has it in her spine and she is also using the pillow. Highly recommended I literally have 123456 pills. I’m counting right now off on my second part of my bed that I don’t even use anymore anybody need pillow pillows lol

I wanted to like this pillow, but it is very short, and I am 5’2”. I have to practically be folded in half for my knees to be on the pillow. In addition, it is not filed enough- it’s practically flat- there’s not enough support for neck or knees. Lastly, the middle contoured part barely touches my body- and I am a small person- it does not prevent any “collapsing in,” as advertised. A very expensive pillow that is not worth much. Very disappointed. I gave it 2 stars because it does not sleep hot, and that’s a plus.

I absolutly LOVE the body align cooling pillow! They first night I used it, I slept in the same position until I had to get up to use the bathroom. I did not realize how much I tossed and turned throughout the night. My hip pain immediately went away. I had to go out of town and I missed my align pillow so much. I had to be away from it lol. GREAT product! Worth the money!
Nothing like what is shown, very flat and uncomfortable . Return process is awful. They charge $15 shipping plus another fee to ship it back. Not worth it at all.

I love how slippery it is. It is so easy to switch positions. It is the perfect height. Not too too big like my previous body pillows. The large curve is perfect for bending my legs. Super comfortable for my hips, knees and ankles.

The fabric is cool and comfortable. I got it for the extended support because I want better alignment, and I have been on the hunt for a pillow that won't allow my arms to fall asleep. I am a side sleeper. Ergonomic pillows don't work for me because I sleep with my arm under my pillow, and if I try to conform to a cervical pillow, it feels like my shoulder is being crushed. The design of this pillow works well for how I sleep and is super comfortable while on my left side. My neck, arms, and knees/hips are well supported. It is, however, cumbersome because I roll over in the night, and it is too big of a pillow to comfortably flip over to my right side, as it gets tangled in the blankets. The hip support on my right side also doesn't feel as natural, which may be because my left leg is mildly shorter than my right. I ordered the Puff pillow to use while on my right side, so we'll see how that goes.

Il est conçu pour les dormeurs sur le côté, mais les dormeurs sur le dos l'utilisent aussi pour un soutien supplémentaire des hanches et des jambes. Si vous dormez sur le ventre, ce n'est pas le bon oreiller pour vous.
Va-t-il s'aplatir après quelques semaines?
Non. Le rembourrage haut gonflant est conçu pour conserver sa forme et rebondir nuit après nuit. Ce n'est pas le rembourrage de polyester bon marché qui se comprime et ne récupère jamais.
La housse est-elle amovible?
Oui. La fermeture éclair dissimulée vous permet de retirer facilement la housse pour la laver à la machine.
Comment le laver?
Retirez la housse et lavez-la à la machine à l'eau froide au cycle délicat. Séchez à basse température ou à l'air libre. Évitez la chaleur élevée. L'oreiller lui-même peut être nettoyé localement.
